Personalized Sobriety Birthday Sign – On This Day You Got Sober

A sober birthday deserves more than a date on the calendar.

Our personalized sobriety sign features the original On This Day You Got Sober poem in flowing black script on a soft cream background, with a small red heart and their first name and sobriety date at the bottom. The poem traces the whole journey: the courage, asking for help, honesty, and feeling again.

A meaningful one year sober gift or keepsake for any recovery anniversary, made to hang where they’ll see it every day.
