Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During busy seasons, launches, or holidays, things may take a little longer because we are a small shop run by real humans, not a giant warehouse full of robots.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by carrier and location. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–10 business days after shipping.
Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and general postal weirdness can occasionally slow things down. We appreciate your patience.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is in their care. If your tracking says delivered but you don’t see it, please check with neighbors, household members, your mail carrier, or your local post office.
If your package seems truly lost, email us and we’ll do our best to help.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item/package.
We want your cards and gifts to arrive looking like love, not like they got into a bar fight with the mail truck.
Returns
Because greeting cards, paper goods, mugs, and small gifts are delicate and often purchased for specific occasions, we accept returns only on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we can’t cancel it.
Digital Downloads
Printable cards and digital products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once purchased.
